Jade Arwen was born and raised in Central Pennsylvania. She credits her parents with giving her a love of theatre, and quotes the filmed versions of "Pirates of Penzance" and "My Fair Lady" as her first exposures to musical theatre. She fell in love with the art even more in elementary school when her father brought home the VHS of "Fiddler on the Roof," and the rest, as they say, is history! After performing throughout high school, she attended The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. as a musical theatre major, and she graduated with her Bachelor of Music degree in January 2015.

Jade currently resides in Mifflinburg, Pennsylvania, doing as much performing as possible in the area. When she isn't onstage or at her day job as a substitute teacher, she can often be found at a dance class, photoshoot (either behind the camera or in front of it), spending time with her nieces and nephews, or working on her debut novel.

Stage credits: Dear Jack, Dear Louise (Louise Rabiner), The Nutcracker (Maid, Snow, Waltz of the Flowers), Disney's Beauty and the Best (Madame de la Grande Bouche), The Music Man (Ethel Toffelmeier), The Nutcracker (Maid, Mouse), White Christmas (Rhoda), West Side Story (Velma), Les Miserables (Madame Thenardier), The Pajama Game (Sandra), West Side Story (Anybodys), Arsenic and Old Lace (Aunt Abby), Bells Are Ringing (Ella Peterson), Cheaper By The Dozen (Ernestine Gilbreth), 42nd Street (Ethel), You Have The Right To Remain Dead (Sweet Mama/Doris Trumbull), Fiddler on the Roof (Rifka), and The Man Who Came To Dinner (Sarah)
